Chemistry I and III,   Nov. 7th - Nov. 11th. activity up-date

My dear 10th. Students:

This week is a special one since we need to inform the midterm report of our class activities.

On monday we`ll share 2 videos to reenforce the Electron arrangement in atoms and introduce the Physics of the quantum mechanical model of atoms. The class work will finish with the 5-1 and 5-2 Section Assessments. For our small scale lab we need to buy a diffraction grating, so we'll try to perform this lab practice on wednesday. Please try to check on this lab materials in your tx-bk pag. 137, to have all we need by wednesday nov. 9th. Our last topic of this week is going to be Atom Spectra and Quantum mechanichs.

As home work, you need to resolve the Organizing Information concept map described in your tx-bk pag 148. All of this will be graded and included in your mid term report.

See you monday nov. 7th.

My 11th. grade Students

This week is a special one since we need to inform the mid term report of our class activities.

On tuesday Nov. 8th we'll talk about Heterogenous Aqueous Systems: Suspensions, colloids, and emulsions,
If we can get the reactives for Lab practices: Diffusion and Electrolytes, both will be performed on Thursday. In the case that the reactivs couldn't be adquired, then we'll assign other activities to fulfil your mid term cumulative.

As homework you have to resolve sections 15-1 until 15-3, in your note book and have them ready to be check out on wednesday nov. 9th.

That will be all for this week.

See you tuesday.
